User roles

Merchant owner: Has full access to all features and settings.

Best for the primary business owner of a merchant account. Only one individual can be designated as the owner.

Merchant admin: Has full edit access to manage accounts, users, and reports.

Best for company administrators. Note: An owner must be assigned to the account before a user can be designated as an admin.
