Merchant owner: Full access to all features and settings

Best for business owners of merchants. Only one individual can be designated as the owner.

Merchant admin: Manages accounts, users, and reports with edit capabilities.

Best for company administrators. An owner must exist on the account before a user can be designated as an admin.
