Download an update to your Valor terminal reader
Occasionally, you may need to force-download an update to your device.
- Disconnect your Terminal Reader from Valor Connect
- Select the Star menu (located at the bottom-left hand corner of the home screen)
- Use the down arrow to navigate to the next screen of menu items
- Select 6. Download Package
- Select "OK"
- If there is an update available, it will begin to download
