Digitally sign your merchant agreement with DocuSign

As a merchant onboarding , you are required to digitally sign the Merchant Agreement through Docusign. The Docusign signature process is integrated into your merchant application.

Steps to Digitally Sign the Agreement

Follow these steps to complete and submit your Merchant Agreement using Docusign:

  1. Select the Application Signer on the Application Signer step.
    • This individual will be responsible for digitally signing the Merchant Agreement.
  2. Advance to the Submit Application step, ensuring that:
    • All application fields are 100% filled out.
    • The signed-in user's email matches the Application signer's email.
  3. Click the Sign and Submit Application Button:
    • This button will be enabled only if the conditions above are met.
    • Clicking it will take you to Docusign.
  4. Digitally sign the Merchant Agreement in Docusign:
    • Follow the instructions in Docusign to complete the digital signature.

Once you have signed the agreement in Docusign, the application is automatically submitted and you will be redirected to the Successfully Submitted screen.
