How to Connect with Plaid during the Application Process

1. Reach the Bank Account Step: When completing the merchant application, you'll be prompted to connect your bank account.
2. Select Plaid Option: At this step, you’ll have the option to connect via Plaid. Choosing this will open Plaid's secure front-end interface.
3. Choose Your Bank: Select your banking institution from the list provided.
4. Login to Your Bank Account: Enter your banking login credentials.
5. Select Your Account: Choose the bank account you want to share
6. Authorize Plaid Access: Permit Plaid to securely access your bank data for processing.

What If You Choose Not to Use Plaid?

If you prefer not to use Plaid, you can manually enter your banking details and upload a voided check or a bank letter instead.
