Collect a manual payment

How do I collect a manual payment through the Dashboard?

You can collect a manual payment directly from the Payments section of your Dashboard by creating a new manual payment, selecting a payment method, entering the amount and payment details, and clicking Collect Payment.

To collect a manual payment through the Dashboard:

1. Navigate to the Payments section of your account.
2. Click the New Payment button, and select the Manual Payment option
3. Select the Payment Method from the dropdown list
4. Enter the Amount
5. Click the Enter Payment Method Details button
6. Enter the required payment method details in the fields provided (such as card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address)
7. Click the Collect Payment button
